How to download all your content and permanently delete your account.

Export your data
Account → Privacy → Export data. We generate a .zip with all your presentations, quizzes, and uploaded media. Large exports may take a few minutes; you'll get an email when it's ready.
Delete your account
Account → Privacy → Delete account. We immediately disable login and start a 30-day soft-delete window. Inside the window you can email privacy@mosra.app to cancel deletion.
After 30 days deletion is irreversible. Invoices we are legally required to keep are retained per our Privacy Policy.
