Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MosraTech Inc. ("Mosra", "we", "us") when you access or use mosra.app or the Mosra apps (the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Students younger than that may use the Services only through a teacher or parent account.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@mosra.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all presentations, quizzes, images, text, and other content you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant Mosra a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Services on your behalf.

If you make Your Content public (publishing a presentation link, sharing a template), you grant viewers a license to view and — when you enable it — copy or remix it.

You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive.
• Use the Services to send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services beyond reasonable use.
• Resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.
• Use AI features to generate content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Quiz assignments and participants

When you assign a quiz to learners, you are the controller of any participant data captured (nicknames, answers, scores). You are responsible for telling participants what data is collected and obtaining any consent required by your local law.

Participants may join with a temporary nickname; they do not need an account.

6. Open beta — no paid plans yet

Mosra is currently in open beta. The full product is free to use; there are no subscriptions, trials, or charges of any kind.

When paid plans launch we will update these Terms with sections covering pricing, billing cycle, renewals, refunds, and applicable taxes, and notify existing users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Beta users will be offered grandfathered pricing and an extended free window.

We may add usage limits during beta to keep the service stable (for example, storage caps or AI quotas). We will not delete your content if you exceed a soft cap — we will ask you to clean up or wait for the paid plan.

7. AI features

AI features generate suggestions based on your prompts. Output may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing or sharing. AI features are provided "as is" and may change or be paused at any time.

8. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (LMS platforms, Google Drive, Stripe, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms — we are not responsible for them.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Services online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release updates, change features, or perform maintenance at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice for material changes that affect paid features.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your account is dormant for an extended period.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We will retain or delete Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosra's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply.
