Depending on region and configuration, a payment may go through a merchant of record rather than a direct gateway. Where it does, that party handles the billing details and is named during checkout.
2. Hosting infrastructure
Beyond the list above, we rent server and database infrastructure to run the Service. Infrastructure providers may have storage-level access but do not process data for their own purposes.
Self-hosted deployments do not use this list: the data stays on the organisation's servers, and features that depend on third parties can be switched off entirely.
3. When this list changes
We update this page whenever a provider is added, changed or removed. The last-updated date at the top is the date of the most recent change.
Customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum are notified before a new sub-processor starts, under the terms of that DPA.
